keep costs proportionate. |

Cull duplicates and documents outside date ranges before loading to reduce initial data ingestion time NEW!
Control documents available to particular users through powerful security, access control and permission configuration options NEW!
Customisable audit reports to show history of actions performed on any document NEW!
Lotus Notes Ingestion of email data NEW!
Integration of early case assessment, on-line review and production functionality through a single, shared relational database, enables you to transition documents seamlessly and cost effectively from early case assessment into review - without processing!
Reduce the volume of material reviewed by the legal team through the use of culling options in QuickPeek before any processing costs are incurred.
No need to spend valuable time creating costly, error prone, load files for importing and exporting between multiple applications and software tools.
Rapid data loading into QuickPeek delivers fast metadata graphs of your source data showing metadata categories (file type, date ranges, custodians, keywords, duplicates etc).
Manage correspondence between key people and organizations through ‘normalization’ of multiple email addresses into one common “alias” name that is easier to use within both QuickPeek and Reviewer. Correspondence can then thereafter be culled, searched and reviewed across QuickPeek and Reviewer using that same, centrally established alias name (e.g. “retain only those emails from Bob to Jill” or “disregard those emails sent from Fred”, or “search for all correspondence between Mary and John and Enron”).
Unicode compliance delivers support for multiple languages. Native support for the worldwide character-encoding standard, Unicode UTF-16 enables you to process German, French, English, Greek, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean content.
Relationships between hosts emails and their attachments are preserved throughout the entire workflow from QuickPeek through to Reviewer.

Litigators and their clients are now aware of the potential for costs to escalate during discovery due to ever increasing volumes of electronic information that maybe potentially relevant. |
Clients are also becoming less tolerant of processing costs associated with large amounts of irrelevant data.
QuickPeek is an early case assessment tool that addresses such challenges. It provides graphical tools to show meta data characteristics and filters to enable you to remove irrelevant documents prior to processing or review, calculators to help you estimate the likely costs involved in processing, printing and conducting legal review, and proportionality check to compare these costs against the litigation budget and the amount at stake.
QuickPeek also provides a quoting and management tool for outsourced data processing engagements. It enables law firms and their clients to development an awareness of the content and characteristics of a data set before it is delivered to an external service provider so that culling instructions (e.g. data ranges, key words, key people, file type etc.) can become part of the brief. This minimises the risk and costs associated with the processing of irrelevant data.
QuickPeek puts you back in the driving seat to plan a disclosure strategy that keeps costs within budget and proportionate to the issues at stake.
Enhanced keyword analysis to allow powerful stemming, wildcard and word variations while culling NEW!
Detect and manage documents requiring OCR before culling or reviewing. NEW!
Graphical representation of your dataset showing document types, date ranges, custodians, keywords, file sizes, correspondence between key people etc.
Cull your dataset to remove irrelevant documents prior to processing or review.
Calculate costs before they are incurred and get client ‘buy-in’ using the ‘Guesstimator’ to assesses the likely expenses that may be involved in printing, processing, reviewing and producing your dataset.
Discourage the legal team from “printing it all out” by showing the volume and costs that will be involved in such an exercise within the Guesstimator.
Apply a variety of filtering options to your data before processing or review and see the way the Guesstimator costs and data volumes adjust as you apply these filters.
Cull with confidence by using the document preview feature that enables you to have a quick look at any document’s contents or access the native version prior to committing to a data culling exercise.
Integrate with Processor & Reviewer to cover the whole litigation lifecycle or with other third party processing and review software applications to leverage your established investments.
