After over 18 months of market feedback and consultation, the Federal Court of Australia has now released Practice Note 17 to guide litigators in relation to electronic discovery and electronic trials. You can view Practice Note 17 and related materials here.
The Queensland Courts has also commenced the drafting of a new practice direction to address these same issues.
