The installation of eDiscovery Tools Processor or Analyst on one
(1) desktop or server computer within your organization.
Enterprise Licence for Processor
and Analyst
An unlimited number of Processor or Analyst installations within your
organization on a per State or per Country basis.
Enterprise Licence for Reviewer
An unlimited number of matters on one (1) Reviewer server within your
organization.
'Per Click' Licence
Installation of Processor and Analyst on a computer
pre-configured by eDiscovery Tools, with the following two-level 'per
click' pricing model:
Level One - Process Data to Analyst: Per item charge for each item successfully imported into an Analyst Package for pre-filtering (based on Item Count in Audit Database), excluding erroneous items; and
Level Two - Process Data from Analyst or Process Data: Per item charge for each item successfully exported to a load file, TIFF, PDF and/or native form, excluding erroneous items.
